The Science of Success – Why Some Always Win

You have the ability to achieve whatever you set your mind to.
Their is a “the Science to Success

Do you ever wonder why some people always seem to succeed in whatever they do, while others…well just never can pull it off?

Is it dumb luck some do well, while others struggle?

Or, Is there a proven template, or formula for achieving your goals…for achieving success?

Are you trying to be successful; trying to achieve an important goal but not getting anywhere?  Are you a good person, but getting bad results?

Do you wonder why some people achieve continual success in their lives? Do you wonder just what it is they do to achieve that success?

So, what is the #1 trait of every successful person?

Successful people don’t just pray, hope, wish or try to achieve something every day. What they do is, actually achieve something every day that gets them closer to their goal or helps then retain their success. They do not mistake activity, or trying to succeed.

“Never mistake activity for achievement.” John Wooden
Just being active is not enough. Just trying or thinking positive is not enough. Trying and hoping and wishing and positive thinking may work once in a while. They are not bad things. But, you cannot rely on them. They are not sustainable. To be successful you must achieve something every day towards your goal. Even if it just a baby step, it is good. Because, even baby steps keep the forward momentum going. If forward velocity stops you will shortly slow down. And when you slow enough you eventually stop. And when you stop you start going backwards.

Why do we go backwards? It is because it is one of the 3 forces of physical law.

“An object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by an external force” Isaac Newton

Newton’s three laws of motion are three physical laws that together laid the foundation for classical mechanics. They describe the relationship between a body and the forces acting upon it, and its motion in response to said forces. Newton’s first law of motion is what all successful people employ.

Newton’s First law:

“When viewed in an inertial reference frame, an object either remains at rest or continues to move at a constant velocity, unless acted upon by an external force”

The three laws of motion were first compiled by Isaac Newton in his Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica (Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy), first published in 1687. Newton used them to explain and investigate the motion of many physical objects and systems.

You may say that’s fine for physical objects, but goals or ideas are not physical objects. Aren’t they? You first think of something with your mind. However, if your bright idea just remains in your mind you will never achieve it in the physical world.

For the fact is this; we live in a physical world as well as a mental world. And to create your bright idea;  whatever you have set as a goal you must DO SOMETHING. If you just wish, or pray, or try, it won’t manifest itself. You must take action. And not only just take action, but the right action; you must take the right action so you can achieve the right result. Remember that all action is not helpful. And remember also that activity is not always right action. Checking off your sticky to do list may make you feel like you did something today…but if what you did was not right action towards your goal it was really a waste of time.

When you achieve something you move your object of desire forward. You increase its Velocity. And if you keep achieving the right Action the Velocity keeps moving forward. However, if you do not continually achieve something right towards the success of your goal you will start to lose forward velocity. And when you stop moving forward the third law kicks in and you start to get an opposite reaction. And the opposite of moving forward is?… moving backwards.

So the primary determinant of reaching your chosen goal is to “achieve” something every day towards your goal. You must do something that will maintain forward velocity every day towards your goal. As Newton’s law of the Universe states you move forward, move backwards, or stay at rest.

Time is ticking…What are you going to achieve today that will move you forward in velocity, towards your desired goal?
