How many businesses are in your town? That’s a lot. Do they all want to make money? Of course they do. Do you shop there because they need your money? Of course not. You shop there because you want what they sell. Get it! It’s about what you the customer wants! Not about what them the business owner wants.
So the first thing you better learn, and learn quickly is that business is not about YOU.
It’s about THEM. It’s not about what YOU want; it’s about what THEY want.
Give THEM what they want is the first lesson. Learn that and you can move forward.
Don’t learn that and plan on working for someone else the rest of your life.
